可接受使用政策（AUP）
1. 适用范围
本可接受使用政策（Acceptable Use Policy，以下简称"本政策"）适用于所有注册、订阅或以任何方式使用番茄麻薯proxy工坊服务（以下简称"本服务"）的用户。本政策由陈峻屹（个人运营者，以下称"我们"或"本站"）制定与执行。
你使用本服务，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意遵守本政策。如本政策与《服务条款》存在冲突，就使用行为规范事项以本政策为准。
2. 服务定位与使用前提
本服务属于加密网络连接与传输加速服务，用于提升网络访问的稳定性、速度与隐私保护水平。
重要声明：我们不提供、不承诺任何规避内容过滤、访问限制或法律与行政限制的能力，本服务也不以此为设计目的。你不得将本服务用于任何规避法律法规的目的，也不得将本服务用于任何违反你所在地法律法规的活动。你须自行确保使用行为合法合规，并自行承担相应责任。
3. 绝对禁止的行为
下列行为一经发现，我们将立即终止账号且不予退款，并保留向有权机关报告的权利。
- 侵害未成年人：制作、存储、传播、获取任何涉及未成年人的色情或性剥削内容。此类行为我们将无条件终止服务并依法报告。
- 违法犯罪活动：任何违反适用法律法规的行为，包括但不限于恐怖主义、人口贩运、暴力与仇恨犯罪。
- 攻击与入侵：实施或协助网络攻击、端口扫描、漏洞利用、入侵他人系统、账号窃取，或运营僵尸网络。
- 恶意软件：传播病毒、木马、勒索软件、间谍软件、钓鱼页面或任何恶意代码。
- 欺诈：实施诈骗、身份冒用、伪造凭证，或买卖银行账户与身份信息。
- 违法物品交易：交易毒品、管制药物、武器、爆炸物或其他法律禁止流通的物品。
- 非法金融活动：洗钱、非法集资、无牌照的吸收存款，或未受监管的加密货币交易与代币发行。
- 赌博运营：搭建或运营在线赌场、博彩、体育投注等赌博服务。
- 侵权内容：未经授权分发受版权保护的影视、音乐、软件、出版物，或搭建盗版资源站。
- 违禁内容传播：传播宣扬暴力、仇恨、歧视，或涉及恐怖主义的内容。
4. 禁止的网络与资源滥用
- 滥发信息：发送垃圾邮件、群发广告、进行大规模的骚扰或未经请求的商业信息投递。
- 对外提供网络服务：利用本服务搭建对外开放的代理、VPN 中转、邮件服务器、扫描器或其他面向公众的网络服务。
- 资源滥用：进行超出正常使用范围的高并发连接、全端口扫描、漏洞探测、流量放大攻击等行为。
- 干扰网络：干扰或破坏本服务或其他用户的正常使用，包括但不限于恶意占用带宽、探测节点地址。
- 规避计量：通过技术手段规避流量计量、设备数量限制或速率限制。
5. 账号与凭证使用规范
- 账号仅供注册人本人使用，不得转让、出租、出借或转售；
- 不得向任何第三方分享订阅链接、访问凭证或节点信息；
- 不得将本服务作为资源转售给第三方，或以此开展二次经营活动；
- 同一时间在线设备数不得超过你所订阅套餐规定的上限；
- 不得为规避限制而重复注册账号。
6. 举报违规行为
如你发现任何违反本政策的行为，或认为自己的账号被他人滥用，请通过以下任一渠道向我们举报：

7. 违规处理措施
我们将根据违规行为的性质与严重程度，采取以下一项或多项措施，并视情况通知用户：

因违反本政策被终止的账号，按《服务条款》第 7.4 条不予退款；但如属第 7 条「严重违规」情形，我们将就已支付但未使用的时间按比例退还。
8. 申诉
如你认为我们的处理有误，可在收到通知后 14 个自然日内通过站内工单提交申诉，并附上相关说明与证据。我们会在 7 个工作日内完成复核并告知结果。申诉期间服务可能保持限制状态。
9. 配合与报告
对于涉嫌违法犯罪的行为，我们可能依法保留相关记录，并在收到有权机关的合法要求时予以配合。我们不会基于商业目的主动向任何第三方披露用户信息，法律另有规定的除外。
10. 政策变更
我们可能根据法律要求、上游服务商要求或业务变化修订本政策。重大变更将提前不少于 15 日通过站内公告或注册邮箱通知你。变更生效后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的政策。

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every user who registers for, subscribes to, or otherwise uses the encrypted network connectivity service operated at https://sub.mohuaye.cn (the "Service"). It is issued and enforced by Junyi Chen, an individual operator ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy. Where this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service on matters of usage conduct, this Policy prevails.
2. Service Positioning and Preconditions of Use
The Service is an encrypted network connectivity and transmission-acceleration service intended to improve the stability, speed, and privacy of network access.
Important: We do not provide, and do not represent that the Service is capable of, circumventing any content filtering, access restriction, or legal or administrative restriction, and the Service is not designed for that purpose. You must not use the Service for the purpose of circumventing laws or regulations, nor for any activity that violates the laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful and for the consequences of your conduct.
3. Absolutely Prohibited Conduct
If any of the following is detected, we will terminate the account immediately without refund and reserve the right to report the matter to the competent authorities.
- Harm to minors: creating, storing, distributing, or obtaining any sexual content involving minors. We will terminate unconditionally and report as required by law.
- Criminal activity: anything that violates applicable law, including terrorism, human trafficking, violence, and hate crimes.
- Attacks and intrusion: carrying out or facilitating cyberattacks, port scanning, exploitation, intrusion into others' systems, account takeover, or botnet operation.
- Malware: distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, phishing pages, or any malicious code.
- Fraud: scams, impersonation, forged credentials, or the sale of bank accounts and identity information.
- Unlawful goods: trading narcotics, controlled substances, weapons, explosives, or other prohibited items.
- Illegal finance: money laundering, illegal fundraising, unlicensed deposit-taking, or unregulated crypto trading and token issuance.
- Gambling operations: operating online casinos, betting, sports wagering, or similar gambling services.
- Infringing content: unauthorised distribution of copyrighted films, music, software, or publications, or operating piracy sites.
- Prohibited content: content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism.
4. Prohibited Network and Resource Abuse
- Spam: sending unsolicited bulk email, mass advertising, or large-scale harassment.
- Public-facing services: using the Service to operate public proxies, VPN relays, mail servers, scanners, or other services exposed to the public.
- Resource abuse: abnormal high-concurrency connections, full port scans, vulnerability probing, or traffic amplification.
- Network interference: disrupting the Service or other users, including malicious bandwidth consumption or node enumeration.
- Metering evasion: using technical means to evade traffic accounting, device limits, or speed limits.
5. Account and Credential Rules
- Accounts are for the registered individual only and may not be transferred, rented, lent, or resold;
- Do not share subscription links, access credentials, or node information with any third party;
- Do not resell the Service or conduct secondary commercial operations with it;
- Concurrent online devices must not exceed the limit of your subscribed plan;
- Do not create duplicate accounts to circumvent limits.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, or believe your account has been misused, please report it through any of the channels below:

7. Enforcement Measures
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following measures:

Accounts terminated for violating this Policy are not eligible for refund under Section 7.4 of the Terms of Service; however, in cases falling under the "Serious" tier above, we will refund paid-but-unused time on a pro-rata basis.
8. Appeals
If you believe our action was mistaken, you may appeal within 14 calendar days of receiving notice by submitting an in-site ticket with a supporting explanation and evidence. We complete the review within 7 business days and inform you of the outcome. Restrictions may remain in place during the review.
9. Cooperation and Reporting
We may retain relevant records for conduct suspected to be unlawful and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. We do not proactively disclose user information to any third party for commercial purposes, except as required by law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy in response to legal requirements, upstream provider requirements, or business changes. For material changes, we give at least 15 days' notice via a website announcement or your registered email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
